New Year's Eve will be featuring a five course prix fixe menu designed by our Executive Chef, Christian Evans, for $130 per person. Optional wine pairings are available for $65 per person. Additional course of caviar is available along with other options of lobster tail and foie gras (all Market Price). Parties up to 4 guests can book online. Larger parties please contact us at info@echelonwinebar.com to book your party. Please note: Dinner is 21 and over only. Pre-paid reservations. 20% Gratuity added to each reservation.
